Maison 54 Advisory — Diane Goueto, sole proprietorship, doing business as Maison 54 Advisory in the State of New York.
Terms of Service
Services. We provide organizational development consulting, and creative and personal project coaching, including sessions related to the Return 54 application. Sessions are booked and paid through TidyCal and Stripe; payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No Guaranteed Outcome. Our sessions provide guidance, analysis, and structured recommendations. They do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, or organizational result. We advise, with no operational responsibilities.
Confidentiality. What is discussed during a session is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of Liability. Maison 54 Advisory's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable. To reschedule or cancel, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact advisory@maison-54.com.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information you provide when booking a session or contacting us — name, email address, and payment details processed securely through Stripe. TidyCal handles scheduling, and our website is hosted on Squarespace; each may process limited data on our behalf as part of providing these services.
We use this information only to provide our services, process payment, and communicate with you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data at any time by contacting advisory@maison-54.com.
